Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Harry and I are running the Weybridge 10k in memory of Keith Evans - my dad, Harry's granddad.

We've picked this event because during his time with Surrey Police, dad/granddad enjoyed going running in his lunch hour. He completed the Surrey and London marathons and took part in numerous other races. We can remember his medals hanging up in the study.

Dad/granddad passed away peacefully on 17th July 2017 in Woking Hospice. We are deeply saddened that he has gone but the hospice made the whole experience a manageable one. We're so grateful for the exceptional care and the dignity dad/granddad was given by this charity. 

He would be so proud to know that we will be running alongside each other on 1st April 2018 (actually Harry Evans, aged 15, will be way ahead of me!) to raise vital funds for the hospice.
